Maddie's new BFF
Her cousin, Emma! After spending a few days over the July 4th weekend with the Bilger crew, Maddie is still saying Emma's name multiple times a day. I think she misses her!

Zilker Garden Festival
We went to the garden festival again this year. Maddie enjoyed the wagon ride and entertained us with her funny faces. The grumpy face is her (and our) favorite!

Church Egg Hunt
The hunt had to be moved indoors due to rain, but that didn't stop our little egg hunter (which is why the pics are a little blurry)! She clearly wasn't a big fan of the petting zoo. My favorite pic is of her with her friend Elle - so cute!

Zilker Kite Festival
We went to the Zilker park kite festival and had a picnic with friends from church last Sunday. It was great weather and lots of fun. Maddie enjoyed looking at kites but was more focused on dancing to the music that was playing!

Shoes
Maddie is really starting to talk more lately and one of her favorite words to say is "shoes." Ironically, when I picked her up from school yesterday, her teacher said, "Um, we don't know where her socks are. She took her shoes and socks off all day and we think she threw them away because we found her shoes in the trash can. It must have been taken out before we found the socks in it." Ay Yi Yi!!!

15 months old today!
After many attempts at a picture that wasn't blurry, I gave up. She doesn't stop moving! This is as good as I'm going to get right now, I think. She's preparing the buses for a race and giving Stud a kiss.
